Since the launch of our new disability product, Payment Insurance – Accident and Sickness available on our web platform, prohealthinsurance.ca and to further continue implementing our strategy to digitize all of our individual insurance products, we would like to inform you that ASSURE-DEBT will be withdrawn from our product line as of December 31, 2022.

Also, we would like to inform you that we are withdrawing both our Survie 2000 and Term Life Insurance products from our product lines as well as of December 31, 2022.

Please note that we will accept signed applications for these 3 products up to and including December 31, 2022. Signed applications must also be received at Humania’s head office no later and including January 13, 2023 to be processed. After this date, your applications will be returned to you as they will not be valid.

Furthermore, in order to simplify the accessibility of our existing paper products, we will provide you with a new online calculator for the Prodige and Term Critical Illness products. A communication will be sent shortly.

Our software currently used to provide quotes (soumission-2022-1-en.exe and illustration-2015-1-en.exe) will no longer be available as of December 31, 2022. Please discontinue use of this software as
of that date.
